Address rule
Georgia rules say the registered office must be a street address in Georgia where service of process may be served on the registered agent. The registered office may not be just a P.O. box, post office drawer, mail drop, or rural route unless it is accompanied by the physical address where the registered agent can be personally served.
Georgia’s annual registration guide also says the LLC must provide the name and address of the registered agent, and that the address must be a physical street address in Georgia where an individual can be located in person for the company.
