Formation filing cost
Minnesota Secretary of State lists domestic LLC Articles of Organization at $135 by mail and $155 online or in person. The statute also says a Minnesota LLC is formed when Articles of Organization are filed with the Secretary of State and accompanied by a $135 payment.
